Pre-arrival:
- In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment start time. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are to be late. We can discuss options at that time depending on availability, your appointment might be shortened due to the therapist’s possible next appointment.
- We reserve this booking time especially for you! Clients can cancel or reschedule the appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment, so we may fit another client in. Less than 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full service price.

Personal Belongings:
A personal box is provided for you in all spa treatment rooms to store your belongings. However, we recommend that you leave all valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal items.
Health Considerations and Medical Conditions:
- For the most comfortable experience, please inform us upon booking of any potential allergies (Any ailments, disabilities, or other health conditions, especially if you have high blood pressure, or pregnant.
- We won’t be able to perform prenatal massage on clients less than 14 weeks of pregnancy due to the risk of miscarriage associated with the first trimester of pregnancy.
- Our spa specialists will gladly advise you on which treatments best suit your needs. In order for us to make an appropriate recommendation, kindly complete the spa consultation form.
- Before the session starts, clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
- Clients should communicate their preferences regarding pressure, temperature, and any discomforts and address their concerns and modifications at any time during the massage.
- We strongly recommend avoiding alcoholic beverages before, during and after treatments.
- Clients are responsible for any negative effects caused by not adhering to our health and medical policies.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is greatly appreciated and accepted. Cash tips are preferred.
